How do I pay for my cleaning?

A: You will be invoiced once job is complete.

Do we need to have our own cleaning supplies?

A: We bring all supplies with us. We do ask that you have a good working vacuum, but we can provide one if needed.

Do you do laundry or dishes?

A: We do not do laundry, but we do offer dish washing service in our “Gold Package” or for an added cost.

Do you dust blinds?

A: We do provide this service at added cost.

How long does the clean take?

A: Depending on size of house and how many cleaners we send. On average it takes 2hrs for maintenance cleans. Four hours for deep cleans or move out cleans.

What precautions are you taking for Covid?

A: Clean towels and sponges are always used on each house, cleaners wear mask and gloves.

Do you charge by hour or square footage?

A: We charge based off of square footage.

How do I book routine cleaning?

A: Contact us so we can add you to our schedule rotation.

Can I pay with a check?

A: We prefer to take card or each payments once we invoice you.
